Original 2013/2014 poster promoting the January 2014 sale of the Snake & Mongoose funny cars and transporters (including a well restored original 1970 yellow Plymouth Barracuda Snake car, a replica of the red 1972 Plymouth Duster Mongoose car, and two matching ramp trucks). Don "The Snake" Prudhomme's match races with Tom "The Mongoose" McEwan signified the greatest rivalry in drag racing history and perhaps the most famous matchup in American motorsports.
Noted car collector and Barrett-Jackson regular, Rick Henderson, purchased the lot in a post-auction deal.
Poster is in excellent condition with very minor edge wear. Measures approximately 24” x 36” (62cm x 93cm).
