De Lorenzo Tricho Scalp Balance Cleanser is formulated to relieve symptoms of the scalp associated with dandruff, itching, flaking, redness and scaling where the scalp is dry. Directions: Remove tamper proof seal. Apply Cleanser to wet scalp and hair. Gently massage the scalp with fingertips, working into a rich lather. For maximum benefit leave lather on the scalp and hair for 2 - 5 minutes. Rinse and repeat if necessary.

Hair-Barber will allow a refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition
- Not damaged in any way; and
- The customer reimburses us $9.95 for our postage fee already spent to post the product to you, as we are not responsible for your change of mind

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

The customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address and will the customer will not receive a refund.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been open, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds. In cases like this or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us directly and provide images of the damaged items to allow us to follow up with Australia Post to claim compensation on the damage and replace/ refund your order.

If you believe an electrical item to be faulty and it still has warranty, we will cover the cost to return the item to us for assessment. If your item is deemed to have been damaged by your use, or was dropped during use, you will be required to re-imburse us for the shipping charges we paid to return the item before we return the product to you and the warranty may be void. If the product is deemed to be faulty from the manufacturer, you will not be required to do anything. We will cover the cost of replacing the product and ensuring you receive a repaired item/ replacement (whichever outcome the manufacturer deems).

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake (wrong address, or incorrect product for example) and have notified us within 20 mins of placing your order, we may be able to intercept during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to do anything including changing the delivery address, provide refunds or credit unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order, you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
