Superb Electric 3HP 1 PH 220Volt 3400 RPM TEFC Electric Motor The shaft is 24mm diameter IEC Frame 90L.

 Note the shaft on this 24mm Dia. and does not have a keyway. 

New take-off motor the machine dealer this came from sometimes sold machines to the Amish who did not want the electric motor, so they removed them  

This motor it is a new [new take off] from a now closed equipment dealer that kept replacement motors in stock for the equipment they sold motors may have shelf wear/scratches/dents and dust from being stored without a box
