To me, the 117 is more of a miniature 120 than a miniature 119. Paring the 120 and 117 pair creates a more versatile set, and makes more sense, than a 119 / 117 pairing.  The sheath fits up  to a 2 inch leather belt.  A video of the packaging will be taken and retained.   The $5.60 handling is for full insurance...yes, that is what they charge.  See my other listing for a 103/117 "Twin Set."
