Early Antique Chinese / Asian Weathered Wood Buddha 18"

This is an extraordinary Chinese / Asian hardwood Buddha that has been weather exposed & worn by water for a very long period. In the process it has become an extremely beautiful object of contemplation & serenity. The figure has obvious age but it is difficult to be precise, it could be 17th century or 19th century.

The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
