we will sort it out for you. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return item(s). When returning item(s) they must be returned in the following conditions; 

• Item(s) must be returned unused in its original packaging.

 • Item(s) must not be damaged or show signs of excessive wear or abuse.

 • Item(s) must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.

 • Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to us unless the item(s) is faulty.

 • Please ensure that item(s) is sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot except any liability for goods lost in transit.

 • Item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of purchase in order for us to issue a refund or exchange.
