Fabric is 55% rayon/45% polyester. 

Size is 4, measures approx. 15" from one underarm to the next, and is approx. 46" from the shoulder to the bottom hem. 

This is a dress/jacket.  There is only 3 buttons up the front, and 3 buttons on the inside for an additional closure. Unless the dress fits big,  it may come open when moving, so you need to wear something underneath it like a dress or a pair of slacks.
