This is a beautiful and elegant Evening Dress that was inspired by nature. Hand woven on ancient looms by Indian artisans in a Chanderi technique, the black material is sheer and shimmering. There are pristine pintucks and hand-forged glass beading accents throughout the design. Both sleeve cuffs are pleated with gold tips, a technique that is called 'kanni'. With the included oak bark adjustable slip, this gown can be layered over that or any other favorite wardrobe base.
