We aim to describe and depict each item as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that there are slight variations in color due to lighting and computer monitor resolutions. 

All items are in-stock at the time of listing. However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order through our networked warehouses, we will notify you as quickly as possible and offer 100% refund on your purchase.

Shipping Policy

We provide fast and free shipping. Your orders will be delivered within 1-5 days of receiving and cleared payment. Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We may not be able to ship items to all locations. 

If shipping is not available to you, we will send an eBay message and cancel your order.  Please take note that free shipping is only applicable to metropolitan suburbs in NSW and VIC. NT, QLD, WA, TAS, remote and regional areas have additional charges. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order. 

Special Notice for Frieght Items: We will require a valid phone number for items shipped via Frieght (Truck) Delivery. Items may be delivered via curbside delivery, thus we need to contact you for the schedule. Please have available help to assist you in moving the items to your desired location upon delivery. Freight items must be inspected upon receipt. In the event of damage, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt. Please send the item back through the Frieght carrier. Please note that Returns will not be accepted once Freight items were delivered, inspected and the delivery driver has left the premises. 

Payment Policy

Paypal is our preferred method of payment and it is the fastest way to pay on eBay. Paypal offers excellent buyer and seller protection. All major credit and debit cards are also accepted through Paypal as payment processor. We process your orders pending receipt of payment clearance through Paypal. Please note that sales tax will be charged depending on your location. 

Returns

We offer a 60 day return/exchange program for most of our products. If you are not satisfied with our item, you can request for a refund, but please take note that a 15% restocking fee may apply. 

Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. We will replace items returned due to factory defects. To return an item, please ensure that it is packed in its original packing and all original accessories that came with it are included. You will cover the shipping fee for the return of non-defective items. 

Returns must be done within 60 days of the date of purchase. Once this limit has expired, we will no longer give refunds or replacements. It can take up to 7 business days to process returns. We do our best to process requests quickly and fairly. If something out of the ordinary happen with our products or shipping, please allow us to work with you with a fair resolution of your concern.
