Vintage Sweet 'n Sassy Ruffle Party/Pageant Full Circle Dress. Red with white lace trim, buttons down the back, ties into a bow at back waist. Girls size 4. There's two runs in the red material and a small tear on the lace trim, see photos. Otherwise great vintage condition!
