Shorts. Color is a  burgundy with a shimmer type finish , size is 1, 99% cotton/1% spandex. Waistband is approx. 30", (not necessarily where the waist sits), inseam is approx. 1.5".  Rise is approx. 6.5".   The fabric on these shorts will run, just the nature of the fabric.  I would suggest washing them several times by themselves.
