Items that have been shipped can be tracked online from collection right through to delivery. We are able to see who has signed for, or declined the package ensuring that misplaced packages are found or replaced.
Our deliveries are Monday - Friday and are usually before 3pm, but can be up until 5pm. We are not able to offer Saturday deliveries.

You are obliged to take reasonable care of the item. We will accept the return if they have been kept in the condition in which they were received and packaged sufficiently for a safe return.
We will issue you a full refund of the money you have paid ( EXCLUDING original shipping costs to send the item to you). Depending on the problem, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund your money in full. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back to us.
