This is a very good quality Austrian silvered & gilded bronze chamber stick inlaid with cabochons, probably Vienna circa 1880.
CONDITION one turquoise cabochon missing, some distortion of the rim - as per images
The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
