This 5.5" x 8.5" booklet has 73 pages and is in good condition. Cover has only some very light wear and very light soiling. Dr. Spence's name and office address written on back cover.  Pages are clean except for Dr. Spence's inscription. They are still in great shape with very little use. Staples are good on the outside of booklet, but a little rust on the inside.

On the back of first blank page Dr. Spence has written an inscription to Dr. Sam Jagoda, Jr. M.D.  Dr. Jagoda passed away a couple of years ago, and Dr. Spence in 1994 at the age of 88. A Doctor of Urology, he was pretty famous and achieved a lot in his life. 

Book has 4 pages of B&W photos, the center page. Pretty much a detailed history of The Dallas Medical & Surgical Clinic at 4105 Live Oak St. in Dallas, which is still there.
