No rips or tears that I find. 

There is a bit of lighter discoloration/streaks on bottom front area of shirt ( please see the pics) . Other than that this shirt appears to be in good wearing condition. 

It's a gray blue color. Color is best represented in the first pic. Some of the pics came out looking more blue.
