For sale is a 24 page black and white booklet "Special Catalog of Foreign Stamps." This was manufactured by H.E. Harris and Co of Boston. The year on the back is 1940. This is an early World War 2 era stamp collector guide. There is some ruffling along the bottom corner- please see photos!!! The back 2 pages have a fold down the middle of the pages. 

Otherwise, excellent condition for its age .

The pages are full of all sorts of foreign stamps and commemorative issues that could be purchased back then, as well as stamp collecting products that could be ordered.
