1. Individual family names 

2. An indication of who is an adult and the ages of the children - this is only to gauge the owl size ie Samual 2 years, Belle 8 years, Jess (adult), David (adult) etc

3. Family name (surname). Alternatively you can have "Our Family" or anything else you wish.
