FASHIONED OF A SNOW WHITE SILK VELVET THAT HAS A BEAUTIFUL PLUSH PILE THAT IS HIGH IN SHINE.
SLIT BOAT NECKLINE WITH PUFF FULLNESS ATOP THE SHOULDERS AND AN ANGLED BOTTOM CUFF WITH SNAPS ON THE SEAM.
THE BELTING CROSSES IN THE REAR WITH BEAUTIFUL ART DECO SILVER TONE METAL ROUND BELT BUCKLES THAT ARE ENCRUSTED IN RHINESTONES AND CLASP IN THE CENTER WITH A RECTANGULAR LONG TRAIN. THE UNDER SIDE TRAIN HAS A SILK RIBBON THAT RUNS ACROSS.
SNAPS CLOSED AT THE SIDE WITH A SINGLE BUTTON AND LOOP CLOSING THE REAR NECKLINE.
CONDITION: THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE TRAIN IN THE CORNER HAS THREE ERASER SIZED HOLES WITH FOUR PINHEAD HOLES, TWO PINHEAD BROWN STAINS, AND A FINGERTIP OF A NEAT UNSEEN REPAIR. I PERSONALLY WOULD REMOVE THE SILK RIBBON THAT IS ATOP THE TRAIN AS IT MAY HAVE HAD MORE RIBBONS AND DETAIL THAT ARE MISSING.
THERE IS A DOUBLE HAND SIZED AREA OF A YELLOW FAINT STAIN ON THE CENTER TRAIN. I HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO REMOVE AND THE STAIN IS MILD, DOES NOT READILY SHOW. THE REAR LOOP THAT BUTTONS THE BACK NEEDS TO BE STITCHED BACK INTO PLACE AND THERE ARE THREE PINHEAD BROWN STAINS ON THE BUST THAT ARE VERY FAINT.
