Returns: eBay policy dictates that I accept returns. However, sometimes a dishonest buyer takes advantage of this. They would watch the movie, and then will request a refund with some excuse like "product not authentic" etc. In such cases, I issue a refund, and report the buyer to eBay. Also, return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
