This Non Tarnish Silver Plated Enameled Coated Copper Wire is the same great wire that we use to make our high quality jump rings and findings. It's available here in a variety of gauges and at a great price! The base metal is copper so this has a nice substantial weight. It is silver plated and then a clear enamel coating is baked on. It is non-tarnishing and perfect for light to medium duty projects. We rate this wire to be 1/4 hard temper.
