Our Tables are Capable, Heavy Duty and Low Maintenance

We use Heavy Duty Linear Rails on EVERY Axis - no Roller Bearings!

All of our Tables have a Larger Cutting Area then their rated for so on this 4' x 8' Table you can Cut up to 4.5' x 8.5' of material and physically fit a 5' x 10' piece of material on the Table without trimming it.

All of our Tables have 4 Sets of Box-Frame Square Tubing Legs - each with a Center Support Tube making them capable of Supporting over 2,500 lbs!

You certainly don't have to be careful with our Tables. They're designed to operate in Industrial Environments as well as Garages! You can load material with a Forklift, Overhead Crane or just by shoving a piece of material across the Table.

Our Tables are backed by a 1 Year Warranty that covers the Table Construction and ALL Electronics!

Our PowerEdge Plasma Cutters are Built for CNC

All PowerEdge Plasma Cutters have 100% Duty Cycle at Full Power! That means you can cut Large Projects and Thick Material non-stop without taking a break to let the Plasma Cutter cool down.

We also provide a Remote Amperage Box with a 25 foot Cable that allows you to change the Cutting Amperage from anywhere that's convenient without having to bend over to access the PowerEdge. The Remote Amperage Box has Magnets on the back for mounting to the Table as well as Screw Holes for mounting to a wall.

We also include BOTH a CNC Torch and a Handheld Torch! That way you can easily switch back and forth between either Torch when it's convenient. We use our Handheld Torch daily to chop up sheets of material for easy disposal when were done cutting new parts out of them.

And finally, we back every PowerEdge with a 5 Year Warranty!

Go Fab CNC Software is Easy to Use

To provide a completely cohesive system that works perfectly together, we also Write our own Software! That allows us to maximize capabilities and automate the most complicated aspects of CNC Plasma Cutting. You don't need any CNC or Plasma Cutting experience! There's no wrong button to press and all of the detailed cutting information required by most CNC software has been automated. You just select the thickness of material you want to cut and our Software does the rest!

Wireless Control

We use a Wireless Tablet with a Touchscreen Interface that alleviates the stress of dust and debris damaging mechanical keyboards and eliminates the need for a cluster of wires. That means you can move freely around your Table while still having control! You can also increase your productivity by monitoring the cutting progress from another work station.

All of our Tables have a Computer built in that handles all Cutting. It uses built in Bluetooth to communicate with the Tablet so NO internet access needed and NO additional hardware is needed! In fact, you could turn the Tablet off while the Table's cutting and the Table would continue to cut and finish the project. You can reconnect at any time while the Table's cutting and see an Update on the cutting process.

We also provide FREE Software Updates for life! That means your Table can always be running the latest Go Fab CNC Software and take advantage of new features as they come out.

Automatic Surface Sensing

Once you hit Play, the Table takes over. There's no need to tell it where the surface of the material you're cutting is or adjust the cutting height. The Table will move the Torch down and find the material on it's own and then back off to the appropriate Height.

Automatic Torch Height Control

Once the cutting process starts, the Table will monitor the cutting process and maintain the appropriate cutting distance even if the material is bent, warped or shifts while cutting. The Torch will track the surface automatically!

Support is very important to us! The same people building your Table are the same people you talk to if you ever have a question or concern while using your Go Fab CNC Table.

Shipping

All Tables are Fabricated, Assembled and Tested at our Factory and then disassembled just enough to fit them in to an enclosed shipping crate. All individual components are Welded Together such as: Box Frame Legs, Robot, Rails, etc. Reassembly simply requires bolting the welded parts back together and you only need a single tool for tightening the large 3/8' Bolts that hold the frame together. All parts have Self-Aligning Tabs and No Wiring or adjustment is necessary.

If we're Shipping you're Table, you'll need a Forklift or Tractor with Forks to unload it. We can also Ship you're Table to your local Freight Terminal where they can unload it from the semi and then load it on to your trailer for you. Once you get it to it's final destination, you can unload it in sections and won't need a Forklift or Tractor.

Pickup at Our Shop

You can always pick your Table up at our Shop in Burnet Texas and avoid the Shipping Cost. If you do, we'll give you a FREE Orientation on your Table and Software before loading it.

We can load your Table with the Frame assembled if you have a 6' Wide x 9' Long Trailer or larger. We can also disassemble the Table and fit it in the bed of a full-size pickup bed.
