Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 2014 n. 21 you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of (14) fourteen days from the day you receive the products. All you have to do is inform us of your intention to withdraw from the contract via Ebay messaging and we will take care of providing you with all the instructions in this regard. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you have purchased tailor-made or customized products.

The return to the seller (sender) of the product is at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer and can be done using the means of your choice. Within (14) fourteen days of your return declaration (art. 57 Consumer Code) you must return the products intact, labeled and in their original packaging, if any, (plastic bag or box depending on the type of item), enclosing the delivery document inside the package.

Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the date in which we will be informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse, pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 n. 21.

If you have received the defective product, please contact us as soon as possible via Ebay messaging and we will take care of providing you with the information for a possible replacement or collection at our expense.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned intact, not used or damaged. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example the authenticity label and the security seal, sign of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including the labels and tags unchanged and attached to the product), not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, the original packaging and packaging and the guarantee certificate, where present, you will be liable for the decrease in the value of the asset, and you will be entitled to a refund whose amount will be equal to the residual value of the product. To this end, therefore, you are invited not to manipulate the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and to cover the original packaging of the products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protect it during transport also from writing or labels.
