Product parameters:
Detection voltage range: 0-99.9V (minimum 0.1V)
Operating voltage: DC 9V/12V/24V selectable
Maximum relay contact current: 12A (please leave a margin for use)
Product size: 56mm*44mm
Operation introduction:
1.In non-setting state, short press SET key, cyclic display: working mode -> lower voltage limit -> upper voltage limit.
2. In the non-setting state, press the SET key for 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting state; the display shows F01, press the +- key to select the parameter to be set, F01 (upper limit voltage), F02 (lower limit voltage), F03 working mode, F04 voltage calibration value.
3. After selecting the parameters to be set, short press SET key to enter the parameter setting state, press +- key to adjust, when the lower limit voltage is greater than or equal to the upper limit voltage, the display shows Err for 1 second to prompt the user. When the lower limit voltage is equal to the upper limit voltage, close the relay output function.
4. After setting the parameter value, short press SET to return to the parameter list.
5. After setting the parameters, long press SET for 2 seconds to exit and save the parameters.
6. In the non-setting state, press and hold the SET and + keys simultaneously for 2 seconds to restore the factory settings.
7 Press and hold - to turn off or on the digital tube to display the energy saving mode
Setting details:
F03 working mode Non-setting state
Press and hold SET to select F03 working mode, + and - to select the desired function and then press SET to save and exit.
Please note that before setting this parameter, please set the upper and lower voltage limits as necessary.
H-1, charge monitoring When the monitored voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage the relay is activated, above the upper limit voltage it is disconnected.
H-2, Discharge monitoring When the monitoring voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay opens below the lower limit voltage.
H-3, Out-of-zone monitoring The relay opens when the monitored voltage is between the upper limit voltage and the lower limit voltage, the relay opens in other states
H-4 Intra-area suction When the monitoring voltage is between the upper and lower limit voltage the relay is activated, the other state relays are disconnected.
H-5 Fixed point monitoring Relays open when monitoring voltage is above the lower limit voltage, relays open below the lower limit voltage
H-6 Fixed-point self-locking monitoring When the monitoring voltage is higher than the lower voltage limit the relay opens and remains open until manual intervention or power failure
H-7 Fixed-point pulse monitoring When monitoring each time equal to the lower limit voltage (±0.1V) the relay outputs a flicker signal
F04 Calibration mode Non-setting state long press SET to enter, +- selection
The default is 0 error, if you need to set adjust as required, the
For example, the actual input voltage is 12.5V, the module shows 12.4V, at this time you can set the error to 0.1V, i.e. 12.4+0.1=12.5
For example, if the actual input voltage is 12.5V and the module shows 12.6V, the error can be set to -0.1V, i.e. 12.6-0.1=12.5
