This is a REPAIR SERVICE for your ACM and it requires you to send it to me for REPAIR.

  • Blinking time / Flashing clock
  • No audio
  • Radio not turning on (including Bluetooth, AM FM, Sat Radio, CD)

NOT Covered in this Service:
  • Physical damage
  • CD reading issues
  • CD changer issues

Note: 
If you have used the "baking" method to attempt a repair on your board, please be aware that the warranty provided will be limited to 90 days only. Check the compatibility!

Please Note:
If you have already attempted to fix the unit yourself, additional charges may apply based on the extent of the damage caused during the previous repair attempts. We will assess the condition of the unit and inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the service.
 How it Works:

- After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive our address and instructions  via eBay messages.  It's essential to keep an eye on your messages to ensure you have all the necessary details.

- The next step involves sending us your ACM block, which is to be done at your expense. Proper packaging and secure shipping are crucial to safeguarding the unit during transit.

- Upon receiving your ACM block, we will promptly commence the repair work, typically completing it within 24 hours of its arrival.

- After the necessary repairs have been made, we will rigorously power up and test the ACM to verify its full functionality.

- Within those same 24 hours, we will mail back your repaired ACM using the shipping option you selected during checkout. Rest assured that we prioritize swift and reliable return shipping.


* Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above: Please note that the estimated arrival time provided by eBay might be lengthy, but this is merely a policy requirement. The actual repair process is prompt, and we aim to return your Item to you as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Repair Service, Not a Part: This sale is specifically for a repair service and not for the purchase of a new part. We do not have any parts for sale.

  • Packaging Responsibility: As the buyer, you are responsible for properly packaging your part to ensure it is not damaged during transit. When returning the repaired part, we will use the same packaging. In the event that we receive the part in a damaged condition, we will always provide you with a picture as evidence.

  • Unrepairable Issues: While it is very rare, there may be instances where we encounter an issue that is beyond repair. In such cases, we will offer two options: we can send the part back to you, or you may choose to donate it to us for parts.

    Post-Repair Support:     Should you encounter any problem with your radio after receiving it back, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.

    Shipping Delays:     We want to inform you that we are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur during the transit of your part to us or during the return shipment. Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

Warranty Info and Shipping Information:

1. Lifetime Warranty:
This repair service includes a lifetime warranty, unless otherwise specified by the technician.
2. Domestic Shipping Coverage:
Shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after you receive your ACM (Auto Control Module). This means we will take care of the shipping cost when sending the repaired ACM back to you and when you initially send it to us. 
3. Shipping After 3 Months: After the initial 3 months, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost when sending the ACM to us for repair.
4. International Shipping:
Please note that under NO circumstance do we cover international return shipping. International customers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways for the entire duration.
5. Non-Transferable Warranty:
The warranty provided with this service is NOT transferable if you sell the car. To ensure proper tracking and service, we keep records of all customer data and provide a unique warranty number for easy tracking and identification purposes.
