This camera has all the accessories brand new still in the box with manuals, disk, av cable and USB cable, and strap. What has happened is someone has taken apart this camera and the parts they took out are in a little baggy. Don't know why it was took apart. aThis is how we got it. Sorry. Green light comes on but nothing works.
