This beautiful and unique Asian-inspired bird cage was purchased from a local vendor market in Hong Kong in the 1990s. Its ornate design is both elegant and functional, providing a spacious and comfortable living environment for your tiny feathered friend. Measuring about 10 inches across by about 16 inches to the tip of the hanging hook, this cage is perfect for small birds and fits seamlessly into any home décor.  The small door gently slides open and closed through tiny slotted holes.  The bottom underside has a beautiful ornate design, can be removed for cleaning, and is held in place by two metal clips.  The hanging metal hook can be unscrewed and removed.  Made by skilled artisans, it is a true masterpiece that will bring joy to any bird lover.  The material appears to be bamboo or bamboo type material.

This birdcage has not previously been used to hold real birds; it was used for display and decorative purposes.
