Super sharp 0.4mm cutting blade.

Strong wall with extra cutting blade support design for prolonged use.

Sturdy base with rounded edges for comfort when in use.

For use with clay 2mm thick (largest setting on most pasta machines) results will vary with other thicknesses. 

Made from PLA - a plant based, biodegradable material.

*Care*

Clean with isopropyl alcohol or baby wipes.

Do not expose to heat or sun. 

Do not expose to harsh chemicals that can melt the PLA such as acetone. 

Do not use in the dishwasher.

Please note that 3D printed cutters can occasionally have tiny imperfections where the nozzle lifts away from the cutter and where the "seams" are. This is normal and to be expected of 3D printed cutters

DELIVERY:

Items are usually sent via Royal Mail either 1st or 2nd class in white padded envelopes or large letter boxes so most will fit through a letter box. If you require a faster service please view and select the other options available at checkout. If you order a large number of items the parcel may come "signed for" due to its value. Please note that the tracking number provided at dispatch is automatically generated by Ebay when I purchase a shipping label and will therefore not work as I send everything through normal letter post. This is because the cost of signed for services with tracking vastly outweighs the value of the item. I have no control over the parcel once it has been dispatched so please be patient for you items to arrive. 

RETURNS:

We trust that you will be entirely satisfied with this product, but if it is not as you expected then you are welcome to return it at your own cost. You will receive a refund for the goods only and not the initial shipping cost providing the item is returned in an unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

If the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival we will require photographic evidence to support your case for a full refund.

MISSNG ITEMS:

Unfortunately, missing parcels do occasionally occur. Please check with your neighbours and other members of your household before opening an "item not received" case.  As most items are sent 2nd class (unless otherwise specified and paid for by the buyer) and ask that in normal circumstances you wait 10 days to allow ample time for the item to arrive. Royal Mail states that an item is deemed "lost" if it has not arrived within 10 days. If 10 days has elapsed since the date of dispatch I will refund/replace where possible. I will not refund or replace items if the buyer has not made a claim within 30 days of the sale date as we feel this is a reasonable amount of time to come forward with an "item not received" case.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:

Unfortunately many of the items I sell do require clear plastic packaging (such as glitter, beads etc), although I do my best to keep this to a minimum where possible. Therefore you are likely to receive your items "loose" in its shipping bag/box with no additional unnecessary plastic packaging. I also kindly ask that you try to recycle your packaging where possible.
