You get 2 flaps. This is the lid inner map pocket liner material only not the complete lid. This replaces the lids rubberized map pocket liner only, not the whole lid. The original lid liners start to flake and fall apart after years of use. This unissued original replacement lid liner and can be used to replace the map pocket lid.
Note; The last four pictures are of old ALICE pack map pocket lids and are to just show how they are attached and stitched in. ALICE pack not included only 2 replacement lids. Listing is for 2 lids just in case one gets ruined while installing and stitching in or can even be doubled up for added durability. Old lid can be cut out and the new one needs to be stitched and glued in for added water protection. Most dry cleaners or local cleaners can do the stitching or can be done by any good sewing machine or stitched by hand with a good needle and some patience.
