Q1: How do I know if the connection has been made properly?
When the blue light of the microphone is blinking slowly (noise reduction mode is on by default), this means that it is connected. (If the microphone's blue light blinks quickly, it means it is still in pairing.)
Q2: Can't get the microphone to work?
1. Troubleshooting compatibility issues
a. If the device cannot be matched, please upgrade your phone to newest version and exit all open programs and restart the device.
b. If you find that it is not compatible, you can also search Google or Youtube for "iPhones can't connect to microphone" to solve the problem
2. Make sure the microphone and receiver have sufficient power and your phone is been unlocked
Q3: Suddenly disconnected?
If your phone is locked, the transmitter and the receiver may disconnect. If this happens, please follow the steps: 1.Unplug the receiver, turn off the microphone2.Reconnect it to your phone and Turn on the microphone
Q4: Are the microphones completely noise-cancelling?
Because this microphone is for omnidirectional live broadcast, it does pick up alot of sound even though it has noise reduction built in, it not a professional-grade studio equipment, So occasionally due to environmental problems a little bit hissy, you can use software post-production to remove them.
Q5:How to reduce noise?
1. Keep the mic at least 18cm/7in away from the source of sound to avoid a popping sound
2. Keep away from sources of noise(e.g. fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, clothes friction)
3. Keep microphone relatively still during performances to reduce noise
