This is for vintage Levi's 501 denim shorts. I've identified these to be from the 50's-60's. It has the big "E" red label, hidden rivets, and the care instructions are printed on the inside pocket (which is really rare).

** NOTE: These may have been pants at one point that were cut to make shorts. That's what it looks like to me, at least. But, I am unsure. I just wanted to mention that ;)

Condition:

This is pre-owned. So there is normal wear & tear. But overall, it is in amazing condition. The leather double horse tag is still in tact, which is also rare and in great condition! The small red "Levis" tag is still in tact and visible. There are no major holes anywhere. There is a safety pin near the inner thigh area to keep two pieces together. If removed, it wouldn't make much of a difference. The rivets could use some cleaning (I included a close-up photo). And, the care istructions is still slightly visible on the inner pocket, which is super neat.

With my tape measure:

From hip to hip, they measure: 15" inches

From hip to cut-off: 12"
