PWM SSR v2.0 OP Series™ is designed for phase control AC 220-240V 50Hz or AC 115V 60Hz electrical network with PWM signal 0-5V, 0-12V and 0-24V

General Installation Guide

·Connect the 10 – 26 V DC board power supply (7) and signal (9) powersupply must be OFF,
·Connect the outputs devices (2),
·Select appropriated mode on swich (6) for device based on the Table 1
·Select appropriated PWM signal range: 0 - 5V jumper ON; 0 – 12V / 0 - 24V jumper OFF,
·Connect AC 220-240V 50Hz or AC 115V 60Hzpower MAINS power supply must be OFF,
·Switch ON 10 – 26 V DC board power supply,
·Switch ON 110 – 240 V AC power MAINS.

Connection for IR heating lamp or heating bed (please note: in order to control IR heating lamp and heating bed two PWM SSR v2.0 OP Series™ boards are required)

Beforeinstalling the device, carefully read this manual and follow the guidelines specifying the highest recommended operating parameters of the device.

Thedevices should be installed by a qualified electrician. Pay attention to electric shock and fire safety caused by the unprofessional installation of the device.

The devices supplied with AC 220-240V 50Hz or AC 115V 60Hz, are life-threatening. Do not touch any part of the device while the device is connected to the mains voltage of 110 - 240V AC, such action is a direct threat to life!
