Comic is in reader condition no cut outs. Spine is still attached but in rough shape. Cover and rear cover is in rough shape also. Has light stains and staining throughout. Would maybe get a 1 grade. Very nice find that people have read through the years and will continue to do so. Comes boarded and bagged and ships fast.
