On the front is dramatically depicted Christ,
at his feet a splendid Madonna of Sorrows pierced by a sword, 

masterfully sculpted
All the symbols of the Passion are carved on back of the Cross.
The central part opens a drawer, inside are kept 12 Sacred Relics
Decorated by gilt paper, canottiglia silver and glass beads in various colors
Dimensions: 7.9in x 3.1in x 0.98in (20 x 8 x 2.5 cm.)
Excellent condition considering the age. XVIII century
