The toughness cultivated on America's toughest tournament trails has been fully armed with the "HYPERDRIVE DESIGN" design concept for the next generation of bait reels. While maintaining the robustness of the HYPER ARMED HOUSING (FULL-AL) that has become familiar in anglers' hands, the HYPERDRIVE DIGIGIGEAR further refines rotational performance to achieve smooth, high-power winding even under heavy loads. It is also equipped with high durability performance.
The STEEZ A II TW is equipped with a newly developed 34mm diameter G1 duralumin ultra-high precision MAG-Z BOOST spool. The high-response spool, which is approximately 5% lighter than conventional spools (*excluding BBs), provides the practical casting performance required in tough fishing conditions. The high grip I shape large knob (S knob type) and newly designed 90mm AL handle assist reliable reeling. Even the star drag has been upgraded to AL, with drag adjustment & drag withdrawal clicks and MAGSEALED ball bearings as standard equipment.
