Figure is 4 inches tall
Brand New in Original Package.

Research suggests that these were made by Hasbro to hand out to Toy Stores back in the early 2000's.  Some say they were Salesman Samples, others say they were Promotional Materials.  There is No information on the Packaging and they are all sealed.
