• you may return all products within 15 days of delivery for replacement or refund if you're unsatisfied with the product.
• All return items must be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed or used and kept in its original packaging with whole integrity.
• We accept returns from our customers who received broken/ defective/ wrong items.
• Please kindly note that the customer has to pay for the returning shipping fee unless it is a mistake made by us.
• For the customer returned products, we will arrange a replacement or an immediately refund after we have received and inspected your package.
• ***Please kindly note that there will be custom duty or tax for certain items in some countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the clearance.
