if not, a case will be open and it will be close after four
days leaving you with a report on eBay.

SHIPPING POLICIES
INCLUDES LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL
Usually after completing full payment, your item will be
ship out next business day after your purchase.
If purchase is made on Friday to Sunday, it will
be ship out on Monday (Holidays excluded).
The item will be placed into a white bag mailer, carefully
tape and it will be ship through USPS.
If you would like to purchase more than one item,
please use the same shopping cart.
We are not responsible for any damage or lost during the
shipping process caused by the carrier, but contact us immediately for further
assistance.
US SHIPPING METHOD
Within USA we use first class mail for 1 lb. or less, 3-5
business days for delivery with tracking information.
Priority mail for over 1 lb. 1-4 business days with
tracking information.
UPS Ground for 1-20 lbs. 4-7 business days for delivery
with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD
We
ship via Ebay Global Shipping Program which automatically calculates the international shipping cost,
duties, taxes and estimated delivery dates upfront.
If it does ship to your country, it will
automatically appear in your screen when trying to make a purchase.
International Buyers No Returns
International buyers are responsible for their custom,
taxes, import duties, and other fees.
These charges are under the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivery
freight company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for
additional shipping charges. For international buyers from Italy:
Italy bans the importation of shoes. If you decide to
purchase any shoes from us you are doing this at your own risk.
Shoes
can possibly be confiscated by the Italian customs. Please be aware of
this.
For other international buyer please contact your custom
office for importation of shoes restrictions.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters!!!! Returns are given within 30
days of purchase NO EXCHANGES, ONLY MONEY
BACK.
Return merchandise must be accompanied by the receipt,
original box, must be unworn, and in the original condition when purchased.
If the shoes are returned without box, tear, or not in its
original condition, we will collect a 20% restocking fee.
A full refund will be processed via pay- pal when the item
is received and inspected.
The buyer will be responsible for the whole shipping
cost. Buyer must use the return option on eBay to provide
tracking information.
