Our DIY Rear Axle Weld on / Bolt On C-Notch kit is CNC laser cut from 3/16" thick USA steel sheet and is created for budget minded Do-it-yourself users out there. The lower (boxing) piece can easily be bent / formed by hand with some help of a vise, it can then be welded into place along with the C Notch pieces.

StreetRays DIY C-Notches are designed to increase overall suspension travel on pickup / trucks that are utilizing lowering kits that caused limited rear axle travel. They measure almost 12" long x 4 1/2" tall and they will provide an additional 3" drop in typical installation.
