Eleanor Rappe ( 1933 - ) was born in Brooklyn, received her B.A. there and moved to San Francisco

to do graduate work. She was very active there as a member of the SF Society of Women Artists,

chair of the art department at the City College of SF, among other projects. She now lives in Santa Fe.

This early work was painted over an etching as seen by the plate marks on the border of the art.

The image is 8" x 10" on 10" x 12 1/2" thick paper. Very good condition.
