Vintage 60's mod mini cocktail dress in velvet with sheer burnout long bell sleeves, fitted bodice with decorative rhinestone buttons, high neckline, lined, back metal zipper closure. Does not stretch. Skirt has a generous 4in hem. One button is missing one rhinestone and another has discoloration in addition to a lose stone (bottom side so less noticeable). One panel on the front side of the skirt has a flaw in the nap that was not noticeable until I went to take measurements, was not noticeable on the mannequin.
