This box of CHERRY WOOD comes in chunks measuring approximately 4-5 inches long, 4-5 inches wide and 1-4+ inches thick.  Some may be bigger and some may be smaller.  Shipped to you in a Medium Flat Rate Priority Mail box, measuring approximately 11 1/4 inches long, 8 3/4 inches wide and 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 6.5+ pounds.

You are the master of your grill or smoker and know how you like to cook with these products.  We would suggest this wood be soaked in water and let air dried for as long as you feel appropriate as it is seasoned.

Mature aged trees in an 100+ year old untouched 9 acre woods.  We believe this source to be as organic as possible.

As with organic fresh products direct from the farm, there may be imperfections in the wood, a spec or two of dirt in the box.  Some Indiana trees have discoloration in the bark which is a type of moss or some other natural occurrence.  We hand handle each stick of wood and keep the wood as clean as possible and practical.
