Shipping:
* We ship only to the contiguous 48 States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO.

* All orders are usually processed within 48 hours after payment completed received. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Returns:
* Please contact us (via ebay message) before return, a return form and the return address will be given after your return request has been issued. Any return without authorization will not be accepted
* All return items must be in original package and not be used. Our customer service personnel will inspect the returned item before refund or exchage.
* You will be responsible for the return postage.
