534 Total Issues (41 CGC & 493 Ungraded)
41 key issues are "CGC" graded and many of those are signed. Signatures include Chris Claremont, Neal Adams, Roy Thomas, Jim Steranko, and others (see full list below).
The 493 ungraded issues are in BCW silver-age Mylar bags with 2 BCW precision-cut acid free backing boards. The comics are all clean and presentable. Although some issues do show wear including spine ticks, smudges, impacted corners, and other such issues. However, overall this is a gorgeous set. I estimate 35% are in VF/NM or better range, 45% are in VG+ to VF+ range, and 20% are VG+ or less. No issue is below 2.0. Every issue has been checked to ensure there are no cut outs, no missing pages, and no obvious restoration. Some issues are rarer variant covers released at the same time as Cover A (no later reprints). Approximately, 25% are Newsstand UPC.

ACCEPTING OFFERS
I will consider
serious offers to break up the set.
I will consider offers for issues 11 to 20, 11 to 93, or 94 to 544. I cannot break up the set in any other ways.
I will also consider less than full price offers for the set. If you (or your legal representative) is willing to pick up the set in-person, inspect and sign off that the set is as described. If so, I can accept a notably lower offer.
I can consider lower offers from buyers with a long-standing positive history on eBay and from other established comic stores.
We must communicate before I will ship this set.
SHIPPING
I will reduce sale price for local pick-up (masked outside).
If pickup is not possible, the books will be professionally packed and shipped in 8 to 10 separate boxes weighing more than 15 pounds each. The cost of shipping depends on destination and other variables. Before completing purchase, we will communicate to make shipping arrangements. At minimum, each package will be tracked, fully insured, and require signature. Shipping is free to full-price buyers.
RETURNS
Ebay always allows returns when items are not as described. This set of books is exactly described and pictured. I will accept returns as required by eBay. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must return shipping in the same manner way originally shipped (multiple boxes, tracked, fully insured, signature required).
