We dispatch the same or next working day and will input a tracking number. Whilst our couriers are normally very good, delivery lead times are beyond our control, so If you experience a problem please contact us and we will do all we can to resolve. Where additional packaging is required or the original not available, we will recycle and reuse other packaging materials, this helps the environment whilst keeping costs down.

Paypal is our preferred method with shipping only to your registered Paypal address. Where items are also available for collection, we can only accept cash or bank transfer for this option, please use buy it now and select "other payment options" as payment method, then contact us to arrange.

We try to ensure goods are fairly described to give you an informed opinion with regards to your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact us and we will try to assist, alternatively we offer a minimum of 14 days returns period on buy it now items.  Where you have changed your mind or have purchased in error you will be responsible for the return postage cost and ensuring the goods are returned in the condition supplied.
