Pursuant to art. 52 of D.Lgs. No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree no. 2014 No. 21 you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of (14) fourteen days from the day you receive the products. All you need to do is notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract via Ebay messaging and we will take care of providing you with all instructions in this regard. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you have purchased custom packaged or customised products.

Returning the product to the seller (sender) is the responsibility and responsibility of the customer and can be made using your preferred means. Within (14) fourteen days of your return statement (art. 57 Consumer Code) You must return the products intact, labelled and in their original packaging, if provided, (plastic bag or box depending on the type of item), attaching the delivery document inside the package. Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the time we are informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods reach our warehouse, pursuant to Art. 56 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 No. 21.

If you have received the defective product please contact us as soon as possible via Ebay messaging and we will provide you with directions for any replacement or collection at our expense.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned intact, unused, or damaged. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (e.g. the authenticity label and security seal, sign of wear, abrasion, scratch, scratch, deformation, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, original packaging and warranty certificate, where you will be liable for a refund of the value of the product, and the value of which will be equal to the value of the assets. To this end, therefore, you are advised not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to cover the original packaging of the products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects it during transport even from writing or labels.
