You are looking at a Hallmark Magic ornament featuring Emperor Zurg from the Disney/Pixar animated Toy Story films.  It is called "EVIL EMPEROR ZURG".  The ornament has Light and Sound.  Press the button on the ornament to see it light up and hear favorite phrases from Zurg. It is dated 2022.  Zurg measures about 4-3/4" high.

The ornament is battery-operated.  Batteries are included.

The ornament is new in the box.  Only removed for photos.  The box has some scuffing, wear, and dinging. The price tab is intact.
