Shipping Policy
We offer fast and free shipping, usually within 1-5 days after your order is confirmed. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Free shipping is available for metropolitan suburbs in NSW and VIC, while other areas like NT, QLD, WA, TAS, remote, and regional locations might have extra charges. If we can't ship to your location, we'll let you know and cancel your order. Contact us for shipping quotes to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or special freight deliveries.
For freight (truck) deliveries, we'll need a valid phone number. Curbside delivery is common, so have help ready to move items to your chosen spot. Check freight items for damage upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and note it on the receipt. Returns for freight items must be done before inspection and driver departure.
Payment Policy
We prefer PayPal for quick and secure payment. Major credit and debit cards are also accepted through PayPal. We process orders once payment clears. Sales tax applies based on your location.
Returns
Most products come with a 30-day return/exchange option. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund, though a 15% restocking fee may apply. We accept returns only for factory defects, which we'll replace. Please pack items in their original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping for non-defective items is covered by you.
Return within 30 days of purchase. After this, no refunds or replacements are possible. Returns take up to 7 business days to process. If you face any issues, let us know for a fair resolution.
