It is new in original box, box has heavy shelf wear and has been taped by former owner to keep it together, the box has the installation instructions all on the outside.  Complete with all the mounting hardware and wiring.  Dual bulb headlight has spare bulbs stored inside headlight housing.  Parts were removed from box and bags for pictures only.
