This is a spectacular, vintage 1980's Victor Costa dress. The tag reads, Victor Costa Ltd, Dry Clean Only. It is brown with white polka dots
Here are the approximate measurements:
56" from the shoulder to the bottom of the coat
36" bust
24" waist
44" hips

My packages are insured through a service called Auctiva. Once we file a claim, it will typically take a couple of weeks to get the settlement on a lost or broken item. As soon as they pay the claim, I will refund the full amount to your paypal account. In the event of damage, please contact me for more information. You may need to send a picture of the item or you may need to return it.
I usually ship USPS First Class Mail or PRIORITY MAIL.
