How it Works:

1. After your purchase, you will receive our address and instructions via eBay messages.

2. Send your instrument cluster to the provided address.

3. Repair process:
We will correct your mileage on the cluster to match your vehicle(within 100 miles)

4. Shipping back:
We will mail back the Odometer Corrected Cluster within those 24 hours, using the shipping method you selected at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number for your reference.

Please note that the estimated arrival time provided by eBay might be lengthy, but this is merely a policy requirement. The actual Odometer Correction process is prompt, and we aim to return your CLUSTER to you as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Programming service, not a part.
This sale is for an odometer correction service, NOT a cluster for sale.

2. Packaging responsibility:
You are responsible for packaging your part securely to prevent any damage during transit. We will return it using the same packaging. If the cluster arrives damaged, we will provide you with a picture of the condition upon receipt.

3.No warranty

We are not responsible for gauge cluster function. You likely purchased the gauge cluster used and are unaware of any issues that it may have. We change the mileage only, most of the time we do not even need to open the cluster, we just connect it through the CANbus so our service does not effect function. We do test the cluster to see that we corrected the odometer properly and if we notice any issues with the clusters function, we will contact you to see if you'd like to get it serviced.

3.Our Guaranty

We do guaranty that we will correct the odometer to within 100 miles of mileage requested.

It is not a criminal offense to adjust a vehicle odometer reading; however, selling a vehicle with the intention to defraud the odometer reading is a criminal offense. The dash cluster must reflect actual vehicle mileage. This service is for someone that replaced the gauge cluster and now the cluster shows the wrong mileage.

Note: If you replaced the engine and now want to set the odometer reading to 0 or to the engine mileage. Replacing the engine is not a valid reason to rollback the odometer reading. Just because your engine is new does not make the vehicle new. Mileage on the cluster must reflect the mileage of the vehicle.

The service described on this page is intended for the lawful service of digital odometers in accordance with local laws. It is unlawful to reset odometers to read less than the true mileage of the motor vehicle. We offer this service for lawful use only.

It is the client's responsibility to seek legal advice regarding compliance within their local laws. We reserve the right to refuse any work for any reason without question.
